Amanzimtoti is a coastal town just south of Durban, renowned for its warm weather and beaches. The property is known as the Wade Estate and overlooks the new Amanzi Estate Development (a separate privately owned property). It is positioned on the top of the hill within the Amanzimtoti township, west of the N2 Freeway. There are various good primary and secondary schools and community shopping centres in close proximity.
