Development Concept
The development of this project was planned to be over 4 phases.

Phase 2 was the proposed development of Erf 13391 and was meant to comprise 30 x 2 bedroom units.
Phase 3 was planned to take place on Erf 13390 and envisioned 35 x 2-bedroom units.
Phase 4 was to be developed on Erf 13392 and was meant to comprise of 42 x 2-bedroom units.
The size of each unit was meant to be approximately 55 m².
