Located between Louwsburg and Vryheid on the R69, this 518ha farm provides a fantastic arable and grazing mixed use opportunity. The farm is comprised of six adjoining portions that are currently utilized as a collective unit.

228 hectares of grazing veld, accompanied by handling facilities and loading ramps, provide potential purchasers with an opportunity to incorporate livestock into the established cropping capabilities of the farm. There is an impressive extent of 110 hectares of irrigated land. This is achieved by means of a thirteen-tower center pivot and a three-tower center pivot. The farm falls in a summer rainfall area and experiences an average long-term annual rainfall of roughly 850mm. The terrain is moderately hilly and the veld type of the area is considered to be is predominantly sour.

The small town of Louwsburg is the closest to the farm in terms of locality. However, the town of Vryheid is probably best suited to service the agricultural requirements of the property.

Vryheid is regarded as an established coal mining and agricultural town acting as a hub for the greater area. The farm is located 45km East of Vryheid.
