228 hectares of grazing veld, accompanied by handling facilities and loading ramps, provide potential purchasers with an opportunity to incorporate livestock into the established cropping capabilities of the farm. The farm falls in a summer rainfall area and experiences an average long-term annual rainfall of roughly 850mm. The terrain is moderately hilly and the veld type of the area is considered to be is predominantly sour.

The farmstead enjoys a three-bedroom house, a manager’s cottage, as well as number of storage rooms and sheds. Drinking water is drawn from a borehole. There are three stock dams and an irrigation-holding dam that is filled with water pumped from the Kongolwane River that runs through the property.
The small town of Louwsburg is the closest to the farm in terms of locality. However, the town of Vryheid is probably best suited to service the agricultural requirements of the property.

Vryheid is regarded as an established coal mining and agricultural town acting as a hub for the greater area. The farm is located 45km East of Vryheid.
