Title: Business Development Sales Executives & Letting Agents Duration: Permanent position Location: Durban Employer: In2assets – Property Specialists This position reports to: Managing Director In2assets, the Property Specialists are currently looking to expand our national team with qualified individuals in the property industry. Duties include the following, but not limited to:- Business Development Sales Executives • Hunt for Commercial, Industrial & Retail property by auction or private treaty sale • Fielding all enquiries on properties and identifying potential buyers • Maintaining relationships with new & existing clients • Identifying business opportunities Letting Agents • Hunt for Commercial, Industrial & Retail property to be let • General administrative and accounting duties • Arranging maintenance • Interacting with clients / tenants Candidates must possess the following qualities:- • Sales driven • Goal orientated • Self-motivated • Presentable & well spoken • Strong negotiation & marketing skills • Able to work on a commission only basis Candidate Requirements:- • NQ4 qualification or relevant degree will be considered advantageous • Property related or sales focused qualifications or experience • Own vehicle & valid SA driver’s license • South African Citizenship
