The first is a commercial and retail building at 11 Pridely Rd, Reservoir Hills, in KwaZulu-Natal.

The popular commercial property - which has 28 parking bays - is currently operating as Marshall’s World of Sports Betting, which has been in operation for over 20 years.

The second property going under the hammer - sections 1, 2 and 3 of the SS Verulam Racing Centre in Todd Street - is a ±1000m² commercial building in Verulam CBD.
