Before the pandemic, In2assets property auctions tended to be favoured by experienced investors and cash buyers due to the speed and decisive nature of the process preferring to personally attend the auction itself.

This involves turning up at the auction venue in person to bid on a property after inspecting the property and studying the Property brochure.

Since inception and now in its 10th year of existence, In2assets has always been on the forefront of technology.

In2assets started their first live-steam property auction in November 2019 by allowing registered online bidders to compete with those in the room either online or telephonically says Rainer Stenzhorn of In2assets. 

This allowed In2assets during lockdown to continue with business as usual. In2assets in fact managed to boost their turnover by 26% compared to the previous year, 

whilst the economy of the country moved into a frozen node. 

Entering year 3 since the outbreak of the pandemic Property Buyers and Sellers have completely “bought into “the simultaneous combination of a live-streamed and online auction following worldwide trends and lead by In2assets on the local South African scene.

In2assets now conduct their auctions from their traditional auction venue, allowing everyone to follow the auction live on their computers or laptops also allowing registered Bidders to bid from anywhere across the globe.

Most combined In2assets property auctions normally host properties from all different destinations within South Africa. 

The first auction scheduled for new year will take place on 26 of January 2023 and the deadline for submission of properties to this auction will be on 15 December 2022 , concludes Stenzhorn .
