5 Student Accommodation Blocks Durban CBD

In2assets will be auctioning five properties suitable for student accommodation on May 18 at 11am. The first is an accommodation block in Durban's CBD. The five-storey building, Pearl Heights, is at 18-20 Dr Langalibalele Dube (Winder) Street.


It has 57 rooms, which can accommodate 110 students/individuals. It has been newly painted and refurbished and features communal fitted kitchen and bathrooms, automated lighting, CCTV cameras and biometric access system.

It will be sold with vacant occupation and would be ideal as student accommodation or private accommodation.

Rooms can accommodate one, two or three students with plenty of communal showers and ablutions facilities on each floor. 

The building further comprises a communal study room/entertainment room on the fourth floor which is yet to be completed.

This well-positioned property is situated approximately 400m from the beach.

The second property is also student accommodation in the Durban CBD with a lease in place - Emerald Heights at 18 Ismail C Meer (Lorne) Street.
