SS Metlife Building is a 17-storey building positioned within the heart of the Durban CBD. The building comprises of ground floor retail shops, 3 floors of secure parking and the remaining floors of offices. This is a well-maintained building with offices considered as A-Grade and the retail occupied by strong national tenants.
