The layout of the holiday complex sees 2 buildings comprising of 5 apartments in each building with a patio, and braai facilities exclusive to each apartment. Both buildings are designed to over look the very generously sized pool.
The building situated on the side of Mackenzie Street is a 3 storey building that comprises of 10 undercover parking bays on the lower ground level. The Upper ground and first floor make up 5 apartments as well as a staff’s ablution facility, laundry room and storage room.
The building situated on the side of a Mckenzie street is made up of 2 floors also accommodating 5 apartments. This building also comprises a store room, laundry room and a domestics quarters.
The layout of the units are identical and run over 2 floors with the ground floor comprising of an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area that leads to the outside entertainment / braai area. The first floor hosts 2 bedrooms and a general bathroom.
