The multi-storey building is situated on the corner of St Georges Mall and Castle Street, in the Cape Town Central Business District.

The eight-storey character building is multi-let and comprises of ground floor retail with a college and offices above. The current gross annual income is R2.5m.

The ground floor comprises four retail units, an entrance hall and foyer, as well as ablutions and two lifts which service all floors including the basement.
