Emoyeni is located n the municipal area of Camperdown. Camperdown is strategically located between Pietermaritzburg and Durban. Although Camperdown in itself is essentially an Agricultural and Light Industrial Zone, it borders Cato Ridge which is categorised by the medium to large light industrial and manufacturing operations. A ‘dry port’ is planned for the node adjacent to the Cato Ridge Golf Course and the Cato Ridge/Camperdown N3 Corridor is poised for rapid development in the near future.

PRIMARY USE
Emoyeni Aviation Park’s primary function currently is the Guest Lodge which provides accommodation, conferencing and Team Building. It also has an airfield on the property and lets out hangarage to private owners of aircraft. The property comprises a guest lodge, conference room, dining room, kitchen, pub, staff quarters, owners cottage; a granny flat and hanger annex. The Guest Lodge consists of 15 large en-suite rooms with either double or twin beds, plus 2 self-catering cottages – The Main House sleeping 11 and the Garden cottage sleeping 9, both with kitchen facilities offer ideal accommodation for those wanting self-catering. The conference room offers accommodation for up to 100 delegates (seated in cinema style). Fully air-conditioned with multimedia projection facilities, whiteboards and flip charts. Emoyeni boasts two grass landing strips – and caters for many flying enthusiasts. The property offers a great opportunity for a group of aircraft owners to secure the airstrip.
