The farm is located ±8km outside of Wartburg off the Schroeders Road and has been developed for both sugar cane and goat production. The ±45,6 hectare farm is comprised of ±30 hectares of sugar cane, well though-out handling facilities, ±13 hectares of grazing veld, sheds and storage facilities, water infrastructure including 10 jojo tanks and 160 000l resivoir, as well as a house and a rondavel.
