With an impressive total extent of ±3223 hectares, these farms are ideally suited to both new buyers to the area as well as local established farmers looking to expand their existing operations. The farms are comprised of five portions that are capable of supporting a large commercial agricultural operation best suited to the beef and cropping sectors.

Property 1: Three Portions
The farm enjoys ±1716 hectares of semi-sweet grazing with an average estimated carrying capacity of 3-4 hectares per LSU. The carrying capacity of the farm is increased with the potential to supplement grazing during winter months on the irrigated lands. There are nine pivots, three of which are movable, that irrigate twelve circles totaling ±236 hectares of irrigated land. The irrigated lands are all game fenced and integrated with underground water pipes connected to the waters sources. The lands are well established and well maintained. Water for farm activities and human consumption is sourced from the Dlomohlomo River, Tholeni River earth dams, reservoirs, and boreholes. Additionally the farm accounts for 49 hectares of lands planted to a mix of Smuts Finger Grass and Star Grass that is baled and sold.

Property 2: Two Portions
This grazing farm is comprised of ±1221.6 hectares with an estimated carrying capacity of 3-4 hectares per LSU. The grass type can be described as semi-sweet and drinking water for livestock in sourced from a number of stock dams as well as the Nkunzi River.
The average rainfall in the area is ±600mm per annum. The farms, and the infrastructure, are well maintained and in good condition. There is good access to the farms and residences from the main roads and the boundary fences are all in good condition as per the seller.

The farms enjoy naturally occurring wildlife, which will most certainly appeal to nature enthusiasts and outdoor fanatics. The closest town to the farms is Wasbank, however, the towns of Ladysmith and Dundee are best suited to service the requirements of the farm. All amenities including hospitals, shops, and schools are found in the respective towns.
