LOCALITY

The subject property is situated within the Riverhorse Valley Business Park, an industrial and commercial node set on either side of the N2 National Freeway. warehousing, as well as the eThekwini Hospital. The Umhlangane River meanders through the estate and is buffered by a conservation area. Riverhorse Valley forms part of the northern corridor, which includes surrounding industrial nodes such as Sea Cow Lake, Briardene and Springfield Park. This corridor is connected by the N2 Freeway and stretches north from the Umgeni River.
