MR PRICE Distribution Centre and Keystone Industrial Park is a ± 55 000 m² industrial warehouse facility which is the largest and most sophisticated distribution centre in South Africa.

The property has easy access to the N3 Freeway which is approximately 5km to the Hammarsdale offramp or 10km to the Cato Ridge offramp. Currently at the N3 Freeway and the MR385 Main Road / Mthoko Mkhize Road intersection construction is taking place involving the widening of this intersection to accommodate the high volumes of traffic and heavy load bearing vehicles.

Slightly north east of the intersection the proposed dry port will be developed which is in its final planning stages of establishment.

The surrounding areas is made up of townships with blue collar formal and informal housing. Modern amenities are somewhat limited in the immediate area, although there is a brand new mall constructed approximately 1.5km west from the subject property. There is other small-scale retail businesses and a Post Office in the immediate vicinity.
