The properties are situated 35 minutes from Durban and 20 minutes from Pietermaritzburg, within the Cato Ridge Township. Cato Ridge a Satellite ‘’town’’ within the eThekwini Metropolitan Area is being punted as the “Midrand” between the two cities and is surrounded by townships such as Camperdown and Harrison. These townships are essentially farming communities that were set up in the early 1800’s after the Anglo Boer War.

The sites are located some 2.5 kilometres south of the N3 freeway along Main Road 385 (MR385). The distance from the N3 on the MR385 at Cato Ridge is approximately 2.5km.

The sites offer a total extent of ± 4.3 Hectares and enjoy excellent accessibility in terms of local as well as regional access roads. Although farming is still the mainstay of the region, other industries have moved into the area.

The general neighbourhood comprises agricultural lands, with intermittent commercial development supporting local farm laborers and the agricultural industry. It is essentially a rural location, with pockets of industrial developments.

The area is also anticipating the construction of the Cato Ridge Logistics and Intermodal Hub.
