The properties are situated 35 minutes from Durban and 20 minutes from Pietermaritzburg, within the Cato Ridge Township. Cato Ridge a Satellite ‘’town’’ within the eThekwini Metropolitan Area is being punted as the “Midrand” between the two cities and is surrounded by townships such as Camperdown and Harrison. These townships are essentially farming communities that were set up in the early 1800’s after the Anglo Boer War.
