This impressive ±887ha mixed use farm is comprised of ±110ha irrigation lands, ±110ha arable drylands and the balance of the farm is grazing as well as improvements, roads and dams.
A 5-tower shiftable Valley centre pivot irrigates the following:
• 3 x 30ha full circles
• 1x 20ha ⅓ circle.
Water for irrigation is pumped from a 3 million m³ registered irrigation dam which is shared with 2 neighbouring farms. Water licences are in place and water taxes are paid and up-to-date. Precision soil sampling has been done on the cropping lands and the necessary corrections have been made including lime applications. Underground drainage was laid by a professional drainage company to avoid waterlogging.
Of the ±110ha of drylands, ±25ha is prime Hutton soils and the remaining ±85ha have either been planted to pastures or have gone to grazing.

The grazing on the farm is well balanced between vleiland and mountainous areas and is divided into 11 fenced off camps. The camps vary in size from ±30ha to ±70ha and all have stock watering dams. The fences are in good condition. High stocking rates have been achieved by means of rotational grazing and the stock handling facility can hold more than ±300 large stock at one time.

Water for the house and the milk shed is sourced from a consistent fountain not far from the homestead and Electricity is supplied by ESKOM. The farm has a ±330m² free standing house with 3 bedrooms and house 2 bathrooms with main en-suite. The house enjoys a spacious kitchen and scullery as well as a dining area adjacent to a lounge with a large bay window that enjoys magnificent views over the farm. Additionally there is a double garage, domestic quarters, and a large storage room.

Outbuildings include a milk shed, storeroom, tractor and machinery shed with an adjacent workshop building. There are also 2 barns of which one is closer to the homestead and one between the irrigation lands.
Common Reedbuck and small game like Duiker and Steenbok are quite common. Access from the main road as well as roads on the farm are in good condition. The closest town to the farm is Utrecht with both Newcastle and Vryeid in close proximity. The Afgri grain silos are 18Km from the farm.
