    The subject property is situated in Heriotdale, just south of the M2 Highway to the south east of the Johannesburg Central Business District. The general area has good macro access via a number of on and
    offramps to the M2 Highway. The area is also served by numerous arterial and distributor roads. On a micro level, the property is located at number 89 – 91 Whitworth Road, Heriotdale Extension 7. This is the
    main road through the area and provides good access onto the well-known and busy Cleveland Road.
