These 3 development sites are situated on Wootton Avenue in Botha’s Hill. Botha's Hill is a small town outside Hillcrest in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. It remains a peaceful beautiful hill where regular country style food and craft markets are held. It is known as the heart of the Valley of a Thousand Hills.
The town lies approximately 37km North West of Durban and ± 21 Km North- West of the Pinetown CBD, on the Old Main Road to Pietermaritzburg.
The sites have a combined extent of ± 51 922 m². The largest site is No.3 Wootton Avenue which is ± 44 116 m². This site offers a proposed hotel and conference centre development. The proposed development was to be known as “Shanyata”, this development was meant to comprise a 30 room hotel, 150 seat conference centre, Restaurant of 323 m², retail of 9 m² and office of 40 m². The Traffic Impact assessment, approval from Ethekwini Tranport Authority and proposed plans are available on Request.
No. 4 and 10 Wootton Avenue are situated across the road and have individual extents of ± 4 123 m² and ± 3 683 m² respectively. These sites offer excellent future potential for expansion.
