The subject property is located towards the western periphery of the greater Westmead Industrial node.
Westmead is currently one of the most sought after industrial locations within eThekweni, and is compared to the industrial nodes in the 'northern corridor' such as 'Riverhorse Valley.' Westmead is positioned adjacent to
the city of Pinetown in the outer west region of the eThekweni Municipality. The area comprises a mix of light industrial, general industrial, warehousing and factory type properties.
