Umhlanga Residential Development Land

In2assets will be auctioning five properties in KwaZulu-Natal on February 15 at 11am. The auctions will take place at the Mount Edgecombe Country Club.


The first property going under the hammer is a piece of residential development land - the remainder of Portion 9 of the farm lot La Lucia No. 14634, Ridge Road, Umhlanga.

This property is situated in sought-after Umhlanga Rocks, close to the beach and in the heart of this upper-class residential node. This prime position allows for easy access to the retail, commercial and social amenities.
