Scarce Umhlanga office and retail space major attractions of online auction In2assets will be offering office as well as retail space in sought-after Umhlanga at its next live studio online auction on July 22 at 11am. Bidding will be invited for four offices and an Umhlanga Ridge upmarket shop, both close to the Gateway Theatre of Shopping.

The sectional title offices to be auctioned are units 101, 115, 122 and 123 in Aldrovande Palace at 6 Jubilee Grove in the Umhlanga New Town Centre; and the retail offering is Shop Number 2 of Section 27 in the Grand Central sectional title complex at 4 Solstice Avenue.
Luke Hearn, who is handling the sale for In2assets, says the offices, measuring about 123, 87, 186, and 78m2, respectively, with one unit also offering a 65m2 enclosed garden, will be sold individually or as one combined lot.
Aldrovande Palace is a mixed-use development behind Gateway that stretches right to the N2 freeway, near the proposed Cornubia interchange. “The first-floor offices are in the Umhlanga Ridge New Town Centre, a bustling business environment, just 15 minutes’ drive from King Shaka International Airport to the north, and the Durban CBD and harbour to the south.

It fronts onto Solstice Avenue - a link road between Twilight Drive and Millennium Boulevard – and is zoned ‘Mixed Use 1’ which allows use for any commercial business. It is now a tiled and carpeted upmarket, air-conditioned store with burglar alarm, kitchen and two toilets,” Hearn adds.
