The auction will take place at the Mount Edgecombe Country Club.

The property, at 94 Columbine Place, Glen Anil, enjoys a good position at the heart of a sought-after industrial node.This hub has been specifically designed for large distribution and logistics companies.

The immediate vicinity is well-established with light to medium industrial property, and is predominantly made up of small to medium-sized warehousing with a good representation

of larger distribution facilities.

The property enjoys easy access to all major roads and is located a short distance away from the N2 freeway offramp.

The property, with a site extent of ±3 867m², comprises a quality industrial warehouse, two smaller mini warehouses, an office component and ample on-site parking.
