Gauteng & North West Properties

In2assets will be auctioning 22 properties on April 25 at 11am as part of their monthly combined commercial and industrial property auction.

The auctions will take place at the Mount Edgecombe Country Club but will be also livestreamed over the internet.

Amongst others, some of the highlights of this auction event are two properties in Gauteng.The first is an A-grade office block with a blue chip tenant in Bedfordview.

The property, at 18 Skeen Boulevard, has a site extent of approximately 3 799m² and a gross annual income of R6.5 million (excluding recoveries).

The four-storey modern, upmarket office building in Bedfordview’s commercial node is fully let. It is situated alongside the N3 freeway and close to the R24 and N3 freeway interchange. 

The property is positioned close to various shopping centres and business parks. The Eastgate Shopping Centre, Wilbart Industrial Park and the Edenvale Mixed Use Business Park are all positioned within a 4km radius of the property. 

The second property is a large industrial workshop with outbuildings at 323 Piet Rautenbach Street
