In2assets will at its next major multi-property auction on June 3 at 11am call for bids for prime commercial property in Umhlanga. The sale will be a live studio disposal with auctioneer, Andrew Miller, calling for online bids.
Luke Hearn, who is handling the auction for in2assets, says the location of the offices is a major attraction. “The property is in the highly sought-after West Palm Boulevard in Umhlanga, the business hub of Kwa-Zulu Natal, and home to many blue chip companies. The offices – to be sold with vacant occupation - have already attracted strong attention from the market as properties in Umhlanga’s popular Gateway precinct are rarely offered,” Hearn states.
Hearn says three sections are on two separate title deeds: these are all on one floor and have interleading access. Two other sections, on the third floor, comprise recently-fitted inverter generators to cope with future load-shedding issues. The second and third floors are ideal for call centre operations, he feels. Secure basement parking is catered for in the building and there is also an abundance of street parking.
In2assets first live studio auction recently attracted 27 bidders from all over South Africa and bids totalling over R53 million were received at the pioneering disposal.
